LED's, lighting gels, acrylic, wire, motor, figurines, and plastic flowers
Site-specific installation created for Children’s Museum Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh, PA. A fragment of an imaginary planet spins gently through the air, illuminated by multiple light sources that cast undulating shadows on the walls of a previously underutilized hallway. Visitors who look closely through the two hand-built periscopes get a closer look at the planet’s surprising inhabitants.
